Purpose of Data Processing
The Controller processes the Client’s personal data for the following purposes:
1. Registration on the website www.adventifutas.hu in accordance with Article 4, Section 2 of the GDPR;
2. To fulfill the registration for the competition, personal data is required. The contract cannot be concluded without personal data (name, address, e-mail, phone number);
3. Compliance with laws and regulations arising from the contractual relationship between the Client and the Controller.
Retention Period of Personal Data
1. The Controller retains data for the duration necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship, up to 6 months after the conclusion of the contract;
2. The data controller must delete all personal data after the period necessary for data storage has expired.

Third parties processing the Client’s personal data are subcontractors of the Controller. These subcontractors provide essential services for the successful fulfillment of the contract for processing electronic orders between the Controller and the Client.
