Tetterő Association (Address: 4400 Nyíregyháza, Virág utca 37. 2/9. Registration number: 15-02-0004377. Tax number: 19359539-1-35) processes the personal data provided by the Client on the website for the fulfillment and supplementation of the General Terms and Conditions, for processing electronic registration forms, and for necessary communication for the duration required by law.

General Provisions

1. The data controller in accordance with the GDPR (hereinafter: Regulation) is Tetterő Egyesület (Tetterő Association) (hereinafter: “Controller”);

3. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Source of Personal Data

1. The Controller processes personal data obtained with the Client’s consent, collected through the contract concluded during electronic registration via the registration form;

2. The Controller processes only the Client’s identification and contact information necessary for the fulfillment of the contract;

3. The Controller processes personal data for delivery and accounting purposes, as well as for necessary communication between the contracting parties, for the period prescribed by law. Personal data is not published or transferred to other countries.

Purpose of Data Processing

The Controller processes the Client’s personal data for the following purposes:

1. Registration on the website www.adventifutas.hu in accordance with Article 4, Section 2 of the GDPR;

2. To fulfill the registration for the competition, personal data is required. The contract cannot be concluded without personal data (name, address, e-mail, phone number);

3. Compliance with laws and regulations arising from the contractual relationship between the Client and the Controller.

Retention Period of Personal Data

1. The Controller retains data for the duration necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship, up to 6 months after the conclusion of the contract;

2. The data controller must delete all personal data after the period necessary for data storage has expired.

Recipients and Processors of Personal Data

Third parties processing the Client’s personal data are subcontractors of the Controller. These subcontractors provide essential services for the successful fulfillment of the contract for processing electronic orders between the Controller and the Client.

Rights of the Client

In accordance with the Regulation, the Client has the following rights:

1. The right to access personal data;

2. The right to rectify personal data;

3. The right to delete personal data;

4. The right to object to the processing of personal data;

5. The right to data portability;

6. The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in writing (address in the first paragraph of this page) or by e-mail: info@tetteroegyesulet.hu;

7. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in case of suspected violation of the Regulation.

Protection of Personal Data

1. The Controller declares that it takes all technical and organizational measures necessary for the protection of personal data;

2. The Controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage areas, in particular by protecting computer access with passwords, using antivirus software, and regular maintenance of computers.

Final Provisions

1. Electronic order placement on the website. The Client confirms that they have been informed of all circumstances concerning the protection of personal data and fully accept them;

2. The Client accepts these rules by checking the checkbox on the registration form;

3. The Controller may update these rules at any time. The new, updated version will be available on the published website.
