What is our goal with the Advent Run?

In 2024, we are organizing the wonderfully atmospheric Advent Run for the fourth time, whose goal is twofold: to promote a healthy lifestyle and to create a community experience. We would like as many people as possible from across the country to visit Tokaj as part of active tourism because, in addition to culinary delights, this region offers excellent sporting opportunities in every season, including winter.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT

– The event center will be set up in the parking lot next to the Paulay Ede Theater.

– Starting number collection will be available from 15:30

– There are only very few parking spaces available at the venue, so we recommend using the surrounding streets for this purpose! (Serház utca, Vasvári Pál utca, Szepsi László utca, Bethlen Gábor utca, and the Fesztiválkatlan parking lot is only 700 meters away). Therefore, we ask that everyone plan their arrival so as not to miss the start!

– We will provide a cloakroom on site.

– After the run, everyone should keep their starting number, because the prizes will be drawn based on it!

– There are less illuminated parts of the course, so if you can, please bring a light. (A headlamp would be the most practical).

– Since this is not a competition, we encourage everyone to feel free to use the services at the rest areas along the route!

Between August 5 – September 15: 4000 HUF/person; Family registration (4 people): 14,500 HUF

Between September 16 – November 17: 4500 HUF/person; Family registration (4 people): 16,500 HUF

Between November 18 – December 15: 5000 HUF/person; Family registration (4 people): 18,500 HUF

On-site registration: 8500 HUF/person; Family registration (4 people): 25,000 HUF

Kedves Adventi Futók!

Közeledik az időpont. Néhány fontos információt szeretnénk megosztani veletek, hogy minél gördülékenyebben menjenek a dolgok a futás napján.

– A helyszínen 15:30-tól tudjátok átvenni a rajtszámokat, illetve helyszíni nevezésre is akkor lesz lehetőség.
– Parkolni is a helyszínen, illetve a környékbeli utcákon tudtok majd.
– Az útvonal nagy része jól kivilágított helyen halad, de nem árt, ha valamilyen világító alkalmatosságot hoztok magatokkal, ha mást nem, egy mobiltelefont.
– A versenyközpont a főtéren folyó munkálatok miatt a Paulay Ede Színház melletti új nagyparkolóban lesz. Innen indul és ide is érkezik vissza a mezőny.
– A közös bemelegítés után a RAJT 17.00 órakor lesz. A kijelölt pályán mindenki az aktuális kedve, állapota szerint teljesítheti az 1-2-3 kört. A pálya útvonala 18 óráig lesz biztosítva, ezért mindenki úgy kalkuláljon, hogy ebben az intervallumban tudja befejezni a választott távot.
– A célbaérkezést követően, kb. 18 órakor jutalmazzuk a kategóriákat. (legjobb egyéni és csoportos jelmez, legnépesebb iskola, legelszántabb csapat)

– A rutinos Adventi Futók tudják, hogy ez egy olyan közösségi sportesemény, ahol a helyi szolgáltatók mindenféle jóval kedveskednek a futóknak. Ezért arra bíztatunk Titeket, hogy használjátok ki a lehetőséget, és nyugodtan álljatok meg egy korty italra, vagy egy falat harapnivalóra.

Let the run be an experience!

Our main race can be completed at 3 or 6 kilometers in the beautiful downtown of Tokaj. During the run, we await you with a special Advent atmosphere and real light displays, so that the 4th Tokaj Advent Light Run will be a truly intimate and unforgettable experience for you and your family!
