General provisions
1.1. Questions not regulated in these Regulations, as well as the interpretation of these Regulations, are governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (“Civil Code”) and on certain issues of electronic commercial services and services related to the information society CVIII of 2001 the relevant provisions of the law. The mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation apply to the parties without special stipulations.
1.2 Publication of the Terms and Conditions The acceptance of the Webshop Terms and Conditions by the User is a prerequisite for using the Webshop service. Acceptance of the Terms is considered when the User uses the service, i.e. registers on the site and/or orders or purchases goods or services.
1.3 Scope of Contract Terms The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Webshop Contract Terms at any time. The Terms and Conditions and any amendments thereto shall enter into force upon publication. The Webshop Terms and Conditions remain in effect as long as the Service Provider provides the Webshop service.

The Service Provider provides the Webshop service to the Users according to the following conditions.
2.1 Territorial scope of the Webshop service
The data network operator interface maintained by the Webshop service provider can be accessed from both domestically and abroad. However, the Service Provider only accepts orders addressed to the territory of Hungary.
2.2 The service provider does not have business premises.
Payment methods, BARION bank card acceptance
3.1 The price of the user’s order can be settled by direct bank transfer or payment by BARION bank card. When paying by bank card, the online store directs the User to the BARION system, where the payment can be made.
Online bank card payments are made through Barion’s system. The bank card data will not reach the merchant. Barion Payment Zrt., which provides the service, is an institution under the supervision of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank, license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.
The webshop does not manage bank information during bank card payments, and does not recognize confidential bank card information related to payment. After successful payment, the BARION system redirects the User to the webshop, and the User receives an e-mail confirming the paid order.
Creation of the contract
4. Creation and amendment of the Agreement
4.1 General characteristics
The Contract is established by accepting these Terms and Conditions or placing an order on the Service Provider’s website.
The language of the contract is Hungarian.
Orders are created when the User approves the order. The Service Provider reserves the right, upon receipt of orders, if the authenticity of the User’s data is questionable or unintelligible, to delete the data and to classify the orders submitted with these data as invalid.
4.2 With the purchase, the User acknowledges that he/she has previously been informed about these General Terms and Conditions and accepts its content.
Order process
5. Shopping in the online store is not subject to registration. The Service Provider handles the invoicing information provided during the purchase in accordance with the data protection information.
Information provided at the time of purchase:
First name, last name, company name, country, city, zip code, street – house number, phone number, email address
5.1 The User collects the unit package of the products shown and detailed on the product pages into a virtual basket with the ‘add to basket’ button. The customer can purchase one copy of the product at a time.
On the ‘Cashier’ page, you must enter the information required for invoicing. After placing the order, the User and the Service Provider will receive confirmation by e-mail, who will start processing the order accordingly.
Processing and fulfillment of orders
6.1. Orders are processed within 24 hours of their arrival.
6.2. General deadline, within 1-3 working days from confirmation. If the Service Provider and the User have not agreed on the date of performance, the Service Provider is obliged to perform the performance in accordance with the contract at the time or within the time specified in the User’s notice, or, in the absence of a notice, no later than thirty days from the receipt of the order by the Service Provider.
6.3. If the Service Provider does not fulfill its obligations under the contract because the product specified in the contract is not available, it is obliged to inform the User immediately and refund the amount paid by the User immediately, but no later than within thirty days. Fulfilling this obligation does not exempt the Service Provider from other consequences of breach of contract.
